ON THE AIR ....

The other day … we had the chance to host an auction on TV for a charity.

I don’t like being on TV … it shows off every flaw. And, I have a bunch of them! I know I have a face for radio!

But … one thing the TV cameras did not pick up (and the viewers could not see at home) were my hearing aids.

If you recall … I suffer from a slight to moderate hearing loss. I describe it as trying to read in a dimly lit room. I can hear most things … but sometime really have to strain.

Since getting my OTICON hearing aids from one of the WHISPER HEARING CENTERS here in town … I don’t have a hearing problem anymore.

And my hearing aids are so small … most people don’t even notice them (even when I wear them on TV).
